I read Iyanla Vazants book a couple of years ago.
The introductory text still haunts me .Yesterday I cried.
The image of my dissolving self reminds me of the text
I only remember something to the effect of
“Yesterday I cried with an agenda”
This resonated with me. I was reminded that, sometimes crying is healing.
However part of the healing process is to have a plan.
Tears bring a focus and clarity from concentrated feelings of emotional pain.
The memories become locked at a cellular level. This should prevent us repeating our mistakes.
It would be such a waste of the cleasing and healing energy of tears for tears to be shed in vain.
Have a good honest Cry , then repair the source of pain.

Sometimes I think too much.
I analyse, criticise, and endlessly ruminate.
I feel that my head is dissolving into space.
I am being eaten alive by my thoughts.
I think till it hurts.
